1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and kkbbd ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kkbbd website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on kkbbd is free. Each player may hold only one account. We reserve the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Your account credentials are your sole responsibility.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• kkbbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.
• You must notify kkbbd immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach.
• kkbbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms is detected.

All accounts are subject to KYC verification. We may request documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kkbbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as communicated on the Payment page.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of pending bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit unless agreed otherwise in writing by kkbbd support. This anti-money-laundering policy protects both the platform and our players.
• kkbbd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual, disproportionately large, or inconsistent with a player's established deposit and play history.

We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our end. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. kkbbd is not responsible for any third-party transaction fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kkbbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the offer details. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• kkbbd reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, in cases of suspected abuse, technical errors, or changed business conditions.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Players who attempt to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be disqualified and may be permanently banned.

kkbbd does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any given time. All promotional materials are for illustrative purposes and subject to the full terms of each individual promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkbbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit or defraud the platform or other players.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Creating multiple accounts, including accounts in the name of family members or third parties, to gain additional bonus entitlements or evade restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other registration information. This includes using VPN services to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the kkbbd Platform — including but not limited to the kkbbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkbbd or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of kkbbd. Unauthorized use of any kkbbd intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbbd and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal injury.

kkbbd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control, including network disruptions and acts of force majeure. kkbbd shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
